Welcome to urTOPick unlimited's shipping policy! We are dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring your items arrive in a timely manner. Our shipping methods are efficient and our packaging is secure to protect your order. We offer competitive shipping costs to deliver your items to you promptly.

In-Person Pickup
In-person pickup is available for all desserts and custom decor. Pickups are available Tues.- Sat. from 11:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m.
Via the following pickup areas: East bank, Mid-City or West bank. Specific times are listed when checking out.
Shipping Domestically
We offer shipping options on all custom decor whether you're in the state of production or reside elsewhere in the United States. As well as select shipping on our Curated Curiosities Collection via UPS or USPS and offers USPS 1/2/3 service depending on zip code, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS Second Day and UPS Next Day Air service. Saturday delivery is available through USPS shipping options only. urTOPick unlimited and branches within it ships on Business days Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Unless you specify a specific delivery date on your order, please see the curated standards page for more details.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. The information is taken directly from UPS.com or USPS.com and all transit times are estimated.
What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Please, understand that we are not in complete control of the delivery process through third parties such as USPS and UPS and once the package leaves our hands you may track your package at UPS.com or USPS.com with the tracking number which will be provided to you via email once your package is shipped.

We are not responsible for delays due to weather or other similar circumstances that cause delays to all customers in a particular geography.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which shipping method you chose during checkout as well as a tracking number to track your package via UPS or USPS website.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unconditional 100% Satisfaction
At urTOPick unlimited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and straightforward for you. We believe in building trust and confidence with our customers, and our policy reflects that.
We strive for our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products We sell and the service we provide. If at any time of your purchase you are not 100% satisfied, simply call 504-756-2873. What do you do with the dessert purchased? Keep it. Due to the perishable nature of our desserts, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any food items once they have left our facility. Please explain your issue with the products and we'll come up with a solution for your unsatisfied purchase whether that be replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances. Though, for legal purchases, all online sales are final.

Wrong or Defective Product
We strive for perfection but occasionally we may make an error with your order or a product may be defective. In either event, please call us immediately at 504-756-2873 or email us at urtopickeventsandcreations@gmail.com so that we can make it right!
Defective food merchandise is described with such characteristics as uncooked or mislabeled ingredients at the time of purchase. Defective products are not described by damaged or tampered products. We unfortunately cannot control shipping conditions.
We ask that you inspect the contents of your order as soon as they arrive to make sure that it meets your satisfaction.​

Our Policy on Returns
As mentioned above, we do not accept returned goods for refund. Additionally, we cannot refund shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong product or the item is defective. Though, give us a call 504-756-2873, we would love to discuss the issue and come up with a resolution.

urTOPick unlimited in whole is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned or being un-deliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for the inability of the recipient to receive the package on the date that you specify. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier at any time.

Save your shipping box! It needs to be inspected by the carrier. Claims cannot be made for damaged goods if the box is discarded. If a product has been damaged by the carrier, photos proving this claim must be sent to us within 72 hours of receipt.
