Welcome to urTOPick unlimited's shipping policy! We are dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring your items arrive in a timely manner. Our shipping methods are efficient and our packaging is secure to protect your order. We offer competitive shipping costs to deliver your items to you promptly.

In-Person Pickup

In-person pickup is available for all desserts and custom decor. Pickups are available Tues.- Sat. from 11:00a.m to 5:30p.m.

Shipping Domestically

We offer shipping options on all custom decor whether you're in the state of production or reside elsewhere in the United States. As well as select shipping on our Curated Curiosities Collection.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
