Short-Term (up to 3 days):

• Refrigerate: Cover the pie loosely with foil or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. The custard-style sweet potato filling and marshmallow swirl need to be kept chilled to stay safe and fresh.

• Serve Chilled or Gently Warmed: Before serving, you can enjoy it cold or warm individual slices in the oven (at 300°F for 5–10 minutes) or microwave (briefly, 10–15 seconds) to revive that toasted marshmallow flavor.

Long-Term (up to 1 month):

Freeze: Wrap the fully cooled pie tightly in plastic wrap, then again in foil. For best results, freeze without any fresh marshmallow topping—add that after reheating.

Thaw Overnight: When ready to eat, thaw overnight in the fridge. Warm briefly in the oven to refresh the texture and lightly re-toast the top if desired.
